Following CompTrain Programming - built by Bergeron - the classes work on building technique and strength in the major power and Olympic lifts as well as a WOD (workout of the day) combining running, jumping, lifting and everything in between to get your body stronger and faster. Join our ever growing community at CrossFit Fareham today!
Fundamentals Classes
Aimed at complete beginners to CrossFit who want to get comfortable with the movements before jumping into main classes. Extra time is spent each session focusing on one or two movements before combining them into a short workout. A great step into joining the CrossFit Fareham community.
Speciality Classes
Monday to Thursday, 10am and 8pm we run Speciality classes for those looking to hone their skills in specific areas. These include 'Sprint Classes' to improve endurance, 'Gymnastics' to become a bodyweight CrossFit Ninja, 'Olympic Lifting' to become a master of the barbell and 'Strongman' for functional fun lifting and shifting odd objects.
Ladies Only class
Every Sunday 10-11am we run a ladies only class. Covering specific CrossFit skills like pull-ups and rope climbs, getting sweaty with partner/team workouts, or rolling the big kit out flipping tractor tyres and pulling a sledge. For women who want to train around other strong females in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
