Naomi is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2 Trainer) and teaches classes as CrossFit Fareham. Whether you are new to CrossFit, want to work on your Olympic lifting there will be a class for you.
Following CompTrain Programming - built by Bergeron - the classes work on building technique and strength in the major power and Olympic lifts as well as a WOD (workout of the day) combining running, jumping, lifting and everything in between to get your body stronger and faster. Join our ever growing community at CrossFit Fareham today!
Aimed at complete beginners to CrossFit who want to get comfortable with the movements before jumping into main classes. Extra time is spent each session focusing on one or two movements before combining them into a short workout. A great step into joining the CrossFit Fareham community.
Monday to Thursday, 10am and 8pm we run Speciality classes for those looking to hone their skills in specific areas. These include 'Sprint Classes' to improve endurance, 'Gymnastics' to become a bodyweight CrossFit Ninja, 'Olympic Lifting' to become a master of the barbell and 'Strongman' for functional fun lifting and shifting odd objects.
Ladies Only class
Every Sunday 10-11am we run a ladies only class. Covering specific CrossFit skills like pull-ups and rope climbs, getting sweaty with partner/team workouts, or rolling the big kit out flipping tractor tyres and pulling a sledge. For women who want to train around other strong females in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

"Naomi has been training me through a wide variety of exercises every week for the last six months and as a result I feel ten years younger and my sciatica is a thing of the past. She has a great way of making you want to push yourself to the max in a gentle and encouraging way. I always feel energised after my sessions and Naomi has shown me that at fifty plus you can still be really supple and fit. She has been so successful with me that I now train with her twice a week and look forward to every session. Thanks Naomi for your hard work!"
"I would recommend Naomi as a personal trainer. I’ve been going about 2 months twice a week and really enjoying it! My fitness levels have really improved, almost doubled, and I find the sessions fun and energetic!"

"Naomi is an inspiration and going to her boot camp has changed my life! I get such a buzz from her classes which are physically challenging but always a good laugh. The key is in the name – this is personal training at its best. Naomi is has an ability to push you to your limits, keep you motivated and knows what is best for you. I have been going three times a week for over a year now and don’t ever want to stop!"
